Programmes and Activities

Driven by a strong commitment to society, a fundamental principle of its founders, Mr Pepín Corripio and Mrs Ana María Alonso, and as an expression of their gratitude for their roots, the Foundation’s ultimate purpose is to support programmes, projects and activities that benefit the communities to which they remain connected, particularly those in the municipalities of Villaviciosa, Cabranes and Piloña (Asturias).

HISTORY AND CULTURE

Promoting, sponsoring and supporting projects led by individuals, associations, organisations or institutions whose purpose is to preserve, promote and raise awareness of the historical and cultural heritage and traditions of the municipalities of Villaviciosa, Cabranes and Piloña (Asturias).

HISTORICAL, ARTISTIC, CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC HERITAGE

Supporting the protection and promotion of historical, artistic, cultural and economic heritage, including the development of activities that create employment opportunities for local communities, particularly in the municipalities of Villaviciosa, Cabranes and Piloña (Asturias).

SOCIAL WELFARE AND SPORTS

Promoción y apoyo a programas y actividades de asistencia, apoyo, protección y promoción que repercutan en el bienestar social y deporte de los ciudadanos.

RESEARCH AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Respaldar y promover proyectos y programas de investigación científica, técnica, cultural, social y humana.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Protecting, promoting and supporting educational and training programmes aimed at children and young people that foster their personal development and well-being, for the benefit of the community and its future.

ENVIRONMENT

Collaborating on projects that promote the care and protection of the environment and natural heritage.
