Board of Trustees and Internal Structure

The governance, administration and representation of the Foundation are entrusted to the Board of Trustees, which exercises its powers in accordance with applicable law and the Foundation’s bylaws. Members of the Board shall perform their duties with the diligence expected of a loyal representative, without remuneration and solely in the performance of their functions.

Advisory Council

In carrying out its functions, the Board of Trustees is supported by the Advisory Council, which serves as a consultative body to the Board.

The Advisory Council is composed of individuals whose experience and/or outstanding knowledge across a range of fields enables them to provide the Foundation with effective advice and to contribute to the achievement of its purposes and objectives.
