The Foundation’s primary purpose is to benefit the community, particularly the residents of the municipalities of Villaviciosa, Piloña and Cabranes (Asturias). To achieve this purpose, the Foundation seeks to promote:

The preservation, advancement, dissemination and promotion of the history and culture of the municipalities of Villaviciosa, Cabranes and Piloña.

The development, promotion and support of social projects and initiatives for the benefit of the community, fostering the social and cultural well-being of citizens, particularly those connected in some way to the Foundation’s geographical area of activity.

The preservation, promotion, dissemination, and advancement of history and culture.

The advancement of scientific, technical, cultural, social and humanities research.

Support for the protection, education and training of children and young people, as well as for projects aimed at older adults and senior citizens.
